The Observer Tree is only kept running through the donations of people who want to see Tasmania’s forest protected. Our ongoing costs include things such as: food and supplies for Miranda, internet and phone costs, promotion such as posters, room and equipment hire for live-feed press conferences with Miranda, as well as once off costs such as new tarps and other gear that is needed. Observer Tree is a project of Still Wild Still Threatened; we are grassroots volunteer run group with a focus on Tasmania’s southern forests. We are run entirly on donations and fundraisers. Any help would be appreciated.
